How Do We Meet For Coaching Sessions?
All coaching sessions are taught by zoom, either in group sessions or privately with Jennifer for the one-on-one program.
Clients have unlimited email contact with their Body & Soul Alchemy provider team. However, if an email question or request is deemed by one of our staff to be too complicated or involved for a response via email they may, at their discretion, require that the member schedule a zoom call.
Scheduling & Cancellations
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all one-on-one appointments. If you miss a group coaching session it will be recording (with exception of the Q&A session which is private). You will have a opportunity to watch the replay.
No-shows: If you do not show up for a zoom appointment without notifying us either via email or by changing the appointment using the online scheduling tool, you will be charged $25 to the card on file.
How Does The Coaching Work?
This is Not a Quick Fix
This form of health coaching is very extensive and the perfect companion to a lifestyle medicine or functional medicine program. We examine all areas of health with particular focus on foods, nutrition, and mindset. Keep in mind it will take time for you to learn all the concepts and apply them to your life. That said, many of the things you learn you can start applying right away to get the benefits.
What If I Want To Skip Ahead Or Focus On One Area?
I don’t recommend skipping any of the lessons in the essential program because there is so much comprehensive info! I don’t want you to miss even one thing that could make a big difference for you emotional, mental and physical health. If you wish to have a more personalized approach, I suggest the one-on-one program where we do a more extensive intake so nothing crucial is missed.
Can This Program Really Help With Emotional Health
Healthy eating is a necessary way to support emotional and mental health, since the health of your brain relies heavily on nutrients. Anxiety, depression and low moods are linked to poor diet.
Being stuck in negative thought patterns can also block emotional balance. We also go deep on energy work which can hugely help with emotional health with a wide range of practices from Yoga, Ayurveda, and Qigong.
